Legacy for Queensland
The 2032 Games is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to deliver for Queensland for the decades to come.
The 2032 Games will deliver the largest infrastructure investment in Queensland’s history.
And now, the Queensland Government has set the plan to deliver it.
The Victoria Park Precinct Draft Legacy Plan is now available.
The plan sets the vision for a world-class precinct that will bring together Victoria Park, the new Brisbane Stadium, the National Aquatic Centre and the Brisbane Showgrounds into one connected destination for sport, recreation, events and entertainment.
Public consultation opens on 3 August and will run until 27 September.
As well as delivering a successful Olympic and Paralympic Games, the 2032 Delivery Plan takes advantage of the opportunity to connect Queensland by building the roads and infrastructure we need for the decades to come, all while we drive tourism and back our grassroots clubs.
